Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 4 business day, excluding holidays. If processing takes longer, for whatever reason, you will receive an email communication from StudioChris with details on your order. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. StudioChris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
 
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once packages are prepped for shipping. Please note: we do everything in out power to ensure the United States Postal Service scans all packages for shipping and tracking, but cannot guarantee this happens at all times.
 
StudioChris uses first class parcel service with the United States Postal Service for all deliveries. Depending on where you live within the US or outside the US, shipping can take from a few days all the way up to 2+ weeks. StudioChris cannot control how long the United States Postal Service takes to deliver a package. We have experienced delays up to 1 month, during the coronavirus pandemic. This is rare, but has happened. We know you are super excited to receive your artwork right away, so please be patient with the United States Postal Service.
 
StudioChris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
